How to Calculate YABATECH Total Score for Admission

The total score is the full score you get after adding your JAMB and post-UTME scores. Yaba College of Technology uses this total to decide if you can get admission. Follow these easy steps to find your total score:

  1. Write down your JAMB score.
  2. Divide your JAMB score by 8.
  3. Write down your post-UTME score.
  4. Divide your post-UTME score by 2.
  5. Add both results together.

Example:
If your JAMB score is 240 and your post-UTME score is 60:

  • Step 1: 240 ÷ 8 = 30
  • Step 2: 60 ÷ 2 = 30
  • Step 3: 30 + 30 = 60

So, your total score is 60.
