UNIUYO Certificate and Diploma Form 2024/2025
The University of Uyo is now taking new students for its Certificate and Diploma courses for the 2024/2025 school year. Anyone who wants to join these programs must buy the form and apply before the closing date.

Admission Requirements for UNIUYO Certificate and Diploma Programs
To get admission into the University of Uyo Certificate and Diploma programs for the 2024/2025 school year, you must meet the rules below:
- You must have at least three (3) credit passes, and English Language must be one of them. These credits can be from WASSCE, NECO, GCE, or any exam like them.
- You must be 16 years or older.
- You must have your birth certificate or a paper that shows your age.
- You must have your certificate of origin to show where you come from.
How to Apply for UNIUYO Certificate and Diploma Form 2024/2025
To apply for the University of Uyo Certificate or Diploma program for the 2024/2025 session, please follow these steps:
- Go to the UNIUYO portal: https://uniuyo.edu.ng/eportals/
- Click on “Admission Forms” on the left side of the page.
- Click on “e-Form(s)”.
- Choose your program type – Certificate or Diploma.
- Fill in your phone number, name, and email address.
- Click on “MAKE PAYMENT NOW” to pay the form fee.
- You can pay online using ATM card or internet banking. You can also pay at any bank using Remita payment slip.
- The fee for Certificate program is ₦7,000. The fee for Diploma program is ₦8,000. This fee is non-refundable.
- After payment, go back to the portal and click on “REGISTER LINK” to get your login details.
- Write down your login details and keep them safe.
- Log in to the portal and complete the registration.
- When done, print the application form. Also make photocopies of it to keep.
