FUTA Cut Off Mark for Admission 2025/2026
The school management has shared the cut-off marks for JAMB and departments for the 2025/2026 school year. This is for students who want to enter FUTA as new students.
All students who want to apply must check the cut-off marks. They must make sure their JAMB scores are not below the marks shared by the school. This is important before doing anything about the admission process.
The cut-off mark tells if you can buy the FUTA Post-UTME form or not. If your score is below the mark, you cannot continue with the admission steps.
This article will help you know the FUTA cut-off mark for 2025/2026. It will also show other things you must have before you can get admission to study at the school.
FUTA Cut-Off Mark for All Courses 2025/2026
If you want to apply to study any course at FUTA, you must check the cut-off mark for that course. A cut-off mark means the lowest JAMB score you need to get before you can move forward in the admission process.
The Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA) has set the general cut-off mark at 180. This means if you are writing JAMB, you must score 180 or more to continue with the process.
But this 180 score is just the starting point. It is not the same for every course. Each department in FUTA can choose a higher cut-off mark based on this general score. If you want to know the score needed for each course, check the list of FUTA cut-off marks below.
Departmental Cut-Off Marks at FUTA for 2025/2026
As said earlier, each department can choose its own cut-off mark. The table below shows that some departments ask for more than the general score of 180.
You must meet the score for your chosen course. If your score is less than what is written, you will not be able to get admission into that course.
