FUHSA Remedial Admission Form 2024/2025 – How to Apply
Federal University of Health Sciences, Azare has started selling its Remedial Admission Form for the 2024/2025 school year.
This remedial program will help students improve their school results. It is also made for students who want to study degree courses in health science in the future.
Students who want to apply must meet the simple admission rules. The form costs ₦10,000 only. Students must fill the form online using the FUHSA school admission website.

Who Can Apply for FUHSA Remedial Admission 2024/2025
To apply for the FUHSA remedial program, you must have at least three credit passes in your O’Level exam (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB).
One of the credit passes must be in English Language. The other two credits must be in science subjects like Biology, Chemistry, or Physics. You must get all three in one sitting.
You must also register for the JAMB UTME and try to get a good score that will help you gain admission.
If your O’Level result is not ready yet, you can still apply. But you must be sure that your result will meet the rules when it comes out.

- Go to the FUHSA Remedial Admission Website.
First, open the official website for remedial admission. Create your own profile by registering. - Use a working email.
Use an email you can open. You will get all updates like payment and admission news in that email. - Pay the form fee of ₦10,000.
The form costs ₦10,000. This fee cannot be returned after payment. You can pay online using a debit card or bank app. - Or pay at the bank.
If you do not want to pay online, you can create a payment code (RRR) on the website. Take this code to any bank in Nigeria to pay. - Login and fill your form.
After paying, go back to the website. Login with your details and fill the form. Write all your personal and school details correctly. - Print your form.
