  • Go to the UNIMED official website at www.unimed.edu.ng.
  • Click on “INTER-UNIVERSITY TRANSFER” under the “ADMISSION” section.

    • O’ Level results (WAEC, NECO, GCE, or similar)
    • Official academic transcript
    • JAMB result
    • JAMB online admission letter
    • Previous university admission letter
    • Birth certificate
    • Receipt of form purchase
