How to Calculate UNIUYO Aggregate Score 2024/2025
The aggregate score is the total score used to check if a student is eligible for admission. It is calculated by combining the JAMB and Post-UTME scores.
At the University of Uyo (UNIUYO), the aggregate score is calculated as follows:
- JAMB score is divided by 8
- Post-UTME score is divided by 2
- Both results are added together
Example Calculation
Let’s say Alex scored 280 in JAMB and 65 in Post-UTME.
Step 1: Divide JAMB Score by 8 280÷8=35280 \div 8 = 35280÷8=35
Step 2: Divide Post-UTME Score by 2 65÷2=32.565 \div 2 = 32.565÷2=32.5
Step 3: Add the Results 35+32.5=67.535 + 32.5 = 67.535+32.5=67.5
So, Alex’s aggregate score is 67.5.
Once your UNIUYO Post-UTME result is out, you can use this method to calculate your score and check if you qualify for admission into your preferred course.
